Return Policy
Aiguaine values your shopping experience. If you receive a product with quality issues, that does not match the order description, or if you need to return it for personal reasons, you can process your return according to the following policy. We will provide you with convenient return services.
Return Application Requirements
Return applications must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the logistics receipt time). Return applications submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including product labels, tags, and boxes), and free from damage, stains, or signs of alteration. If the product has been used or the packaging is damaged, it will affect the return review result.
When returning the product, you must send back the product itself and any accompanying accessories (such as gifts, instructions, warranty cards, etc.). Missing accessories may result in the return being rejected or additional fees being deducted.
The following items are not eligible for return: intimate apparel (such as towels, socks, etc.), customized items, perishable items (such as some green plants), and special items explicitly marked "not eligible for return."
Return Process
Submit Application: Log In Go to aiguaine.com, then "My Orders," select the order you wish to return, click "Apply for Return," fill in the reason for return, upload relevant product photos (if there are quality issues), and submit. Wait for customer service review.
Review Confirmation: Customer service will review your return application within 24 hours. Once approved, a return address and return instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
Returning the Product: Within 3 days of receiving the return confirmation email, please pack the product as required and send it to the designated return address, keeping the tracking number safe.
Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days. After successful inspection, a refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account; the specific arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.
Shipping Fee Information
- For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect delivery, aiguaine will cover the return shipping costs. You can apply for reimbursement of shipping costs by submitting a screenshot of the tracking number to customer service after the return is approved.
- For returns due to personal reasons (such as "I don't like it" or "I bought the wrong item"), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any free shipping discount you enjoyed when placing the order will be cancelled. The refund amount will be reduced by the original order's basic shipping cost.
